Facilitation
Strategic Planning Facilitation: We encourage all organizations to perform strategic planning sessions once a year in order to create a blueprint for the year (or longer). Many owners or managers are so busy just running the business that they do not spend adequate time planning for the success of the business. It is like trying to build a house without a blueprint, it will certainly take you longer and you may not like what you end up with. As the Cheshire Cat said in Alice in Wonderland; “If you don’t know where you are going, any path will do”. Without a methodical plan, the business then begins to run you instead of you running the business (and you feel out of control). Strategic Planning sessions can average two to three days and it is recommended that the process is done away from the office where there are no interruptions.
Meeting Facilitation: If you are having corporate retreats or organization meetings, consider using us to facilitate the process. We will keep the meetings on task and focused, which makes them far more productive in a shorter amount of time. You also have the value of an outside party and experts in business to provide opinions and input when needed. We can be as involved as you choose in the process. Having a facilitator also reduces the amount of conflict and drama which can sometimes occur.
Conflict Resolution or Dysfunctional Group/Team/Department Facilitation: Office politics and drama (conflict) can erode an organization very quickly and kill productivity. The faster you can resolve these issues, the quicker everyone can get back to task. We use a technique much like strategic planning which opens the lines of communication and gets everyone involved in the process so they do not feel like victims of the process. The end result is fast resolution, immediate increase in focus and happier employees.
